United States Antimony Corporation is committed to hiring individuals with high levels of integrity and ethics. All USAC employees share the responsibility of creating and maintaining an atmosphere that promotes ethical behavior. As the front line in the Company’s operations, you have the first hand knowledge of how things really are within the organization. With that in mind, an anonymous Employee Fraud Hotline has been established to report suspected or observed fraudulent or unethical behavior. Any USAC employee is encouraged to use the Employee Fraud Hotline as an anonymous and confidential method to report the following serious types of issues:

· Accounting or financial issues, including the overriding of internal financial controls
· Falsification of Company records
· Theft of Company property
· Inappropriate use of Company assets or services

Please provide adequate information so that your report can be properly investigated.

The Employee Fraud Hotline should only be used for the types of violations listed above. Issues dealing with employee harassment, discrimination, or other labor issues should not be reported using this hotline.
